Set Up Payment Method: Link your Bilt Mastercard or other payment method in the app. You'll get a dedicated BillPay account number and routing number to use for rent payments
Authorize Payment Amount: Pre-authorize your rent payment amount in the Bilt app for security purposes. You have 5 days to submit the payment after authorization
Submit Rent Payment: Use the provided account/routing number to set up rent payment through your landlord's portal, or have Bilt mail a physical check
Make 5 Monthly Purchases: Use your Bilt card at least 5 times each statement period to earn points on rent and other purchases
Redeem Rewards: Use earned points for travel bookings, transfer to travel partners, rent credits, or save towards a home down payment through the Bilt rewards program
