Developer Policy

AIPURE platform is a productivity hub featuring an extensive AI Tools directory, guides, and resources designed for productivity enthusiasts, business owners, and entrepreneurs. We make it easy for you to showcase your innovative AI tools to a wider audience. Our goal is to provide an ecosystem where developers can easily grow their business through AIPURE. Developers are required to comply with this AIPURE Developer Policy (this “Policy”), our Terms of Use and our Piracy Policy.
We’re focused on providing a secure, high-quality, and data protection and privacy-focused environment for users, and this policy outlines our expectations for all of our developers. This policy may not cover every type of AI tool, and there may be instances where your AI tool is not addressed by this Policy. We reserve the right to take any action or steps necessary we deem necessary if your AI tool violates the terms or spirit of this policy, or we feel that such action is necessary to preserve the integrity of our Developer ecosystem or to protect users.
This policy covers AI-generated content that is generated by any combination of text, voice, and image prompt input, including but not limited to the following types of generative AI tools:
Text-to-text AI chatbot tools, in which the AI generated chatbot interaction is a central feature of the tool.
Text-to-image, voice-to-image, and image-to-image tools that use AI to generate images.
Tools that create voice and/or video recordings of real-life individuals using AI.
Violations of this Policy may result in your AI tools being blocked from connecting to the AIPURE Platform. We reserve the right to make changes to this Policy with or without notification to you.

1. Using user Data.
  1. You will not collect, store, and/or use AIPURE user data without obtaining proper consent of the user, as determined by applicable law.
  2. You will not ask users to provide sensitive, private, and confidential personal information, such as credit card numbers or passwords, or information that violates the AIPURE Terms of Use.
  3. Unless such information is necessary as part of your AI tools’ legitimate function and purpose, and You will not enable user to store or process such information through the AIPURE Platform.
  4. You will not create AI tools that encourage or allow users to circumvent or interfere with their own data privacy and security policies in a negative way.
  5. You will not request, use scopes, or permissions not required for your AI tools’ functionality.
2. Compliance with Laws
We expect Developers to comply with applicable laws and regulations (in addition to data/privacy protection laws). Developers are responsible for ensuring that their generative AI tools do not generate offensive content, including prohibited content listed under any applicable laws and regulations, content that may exploit or abuse children, and content that can deceive users or enable dishonest behaviors. As such we prohibit you or your AI tools from:
  1. Spamming, harassing, stalking, intimidating, or threatening users or other Developers.
  2. Allowing impersonation of Users or otherwise allowing for false representations within your AI tools.
  3. Facilitating violations of the law.
  4. Infringing on anyone else intellectual property rights (including AIPURE’s).
  5. Representing that your AI tools is authorized by or produced by another company or organization.
  6. Allowing or facilitating financial transactions conducted in an insecure and unapproved manner.
  7. Examples of violative AI-generated content include but are not limited to the following:
    AI-generated non-consensual deepfake sexual material.
    Voice or video recordings of real-life individuals that facilitate scams.
    Content generated to encourage harmful behavior (for example, dangerous activities, self harm).
    Election-related content that is demonstrably deceptive or false.
    Content generated to facilitate bullying and harassment.
    Generative AI applications primarily intended to be sexually gratifying.
    AI-generated official documentation that enables dishonest behavior.
    Malicious code creation.
3. Design.
We want our Developers to create AI tools that are well designed and easy to use.
  1. Your AI tools should not violate the AIPURE platform policies.
  2. Your AI tools should not violate any third party’s trademark, copyright, or patent.
  3. The design of your AI tools should comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
  4. We reserve the right to require you to make changes to the look and feel of your AI tools. We will do our best to provide you written notice with an explanation of changes required to the design of your AI tools.
  5. We encourage you to develop AI tools which enable users to comply with applicable data protection and privacy laws.
4. User Experience.
We expect all AI tools to provide a good user experience, so we require the following:
  1. Your AI tools should not violate the AIPURE platform policies.
  2. Your AI tools should not violate any third party’s trademark, copyright, or patent.
  3. The design of your AI tools should comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
  4. We reserve the right to require you to make changes to the look and feel of your AI tools. We will do our best to provide you written notice with an explanation of changes required to the design of your AI tools.
  5. We encourage you to develop AI tools which enable users to comply with applicable data protection and privacy laws.
AI tools that generate content using AI must contain in-tool user reporting or flagging features that allow users to report or flag offensive content to developers without needing to exit the tool. Developers should utilize user reports to inform content filtering and moderation in their tools.
You must keep your AI tools updated and provide timely and accurate support to users.Your AI tools must operate and function in accordance with the documentation you make available to user.
If requested, you must provide us with proof of compliance with this policy.
Violations of this policy may result in removal from our platform, developer suspension, having your AI tools blocked, user notification, legal action or any other action deemed necessary solely by AIPURE.
If you violate this policy we may or may not provide notice before taking action. Please note that we may periodically audit AI tools. If you fail an audit before notifying us of any issues, penalties will be more severe.
