This creates a wallet and stores the API key locally at `~/.uniweb/config.json`. You typically only do this once; future operations reuse the same wallet automatically.
Step 3 — Create a payment link: Ask your agent to create a payment link for a specific amount/currency, or run: `uniweb link create 1000 -c SGD` (example creates a reusable link for SGD 10, where 1000 is in cents). Share the returned link on a website, in email, or as a QR code to start accepting payments without writing backend code.
