How to Use Rivit

Select the appropriate rivet and rivet gun: Choose the right size and type of rivet for your materials. Select a manual, pneumatic, or electric rivet gun based on your needs.
Drill holes in the materials to be joined: Use a drill to create holes in the materials you want to join. The hole size should match the rivet diameter. For metal, use a center punch first to guide the drill bit.
Insert the rivet: Place the rivet into the pre-drilled hole, ensuring the flange is flush against the material surface.
Position the rivet gun: Place the nosepiece of the rivet gun over the mandrel (stem) of the rivet.
Activate the rivet gun: Squeeze the trigger or handles of the rivet gun to pull the mandrel. This will expand the rivet on the blind side, securing the materials together.
Remove excess mandrel: The mandrel will break off once the rivet is set. Discard the broken mandrel piece.
Inspect the connection: Check that the rivet is securely fastened and flush against the material surface.
