3. Connect Recovery and Wellness Devices: On the 'Monitor your Wellness' screen, connect recovery devices like Whoop, Oura, or Ultrahuman. For Ultrahuman, enter the partner code GRAXYTNF in your Ultrahuman app settings.
4. Import Historical Training Data (Optional): To bring in data from TrainingPeaks: export your workout files (.FIT), workout summaries, and custom metrics from TrainingPeaks, then either upload them manually (up to 10 files at a time) or email them to [email protected] for bulk import.
