Sign up for Screenful: Go to app.screenful.me/auth/signup to create a new Screenful account. You'll need to create a separate Screenful account even if you plan to use it with other tools.
Connect your task management tool: Choose and connect your preferred task management tool (Jira, Trello, Asana, Monday.com, GitHub, GitLab, or Linear). Follow the authentication process for your chosen platform.
Configure data sync settings: Once connected, configure which projects/boards you want to sync and any data filtering options. You can exclude specific items by adding labels/tags.
Access instant insights: Navigate to the Insights section to get automatic analytics about different aspects of your data without needing to configure any charts. This gives you immediate value out of the box.
Create custom charts: Use the 40+ chart templates to create visualizations of your data. Customize the charts using the easy-to-use editor to match your exact needs.
Build reports: Combine multiple charts into reports. You can add text fragments between charts to include comments or descriptions. Reports can be reordered using drag & drop.
Share and schedule reports: Share reports using public/private links or schedule them to be sent automatically via email or Slack. You can also embed reports on other platforms like Notion.
Invite team members: Go to Account Settings > Manage Users to invite unlimited users for free. Assign appropriate roles: Admin (full access), Member (can change settings), or Observer (view only).
