Install InlineGPT: Download and install the InlineGPT app for Mac from the official website.
Set up your OpenAI API key: Obtain an OpenAI API key and enter it into the InlineGPT app settings to connect it to ChatGPT.
Select text to use as a prompt: In any app, highlight the text you want to use as a prompt for ChatGPT.
Trigger InlineGPT: Press the keyboard shortcut Command + Shift + 1 to activate InlineGPT.
Wait for response: InlineGPT will send your selected text to ChatGPT and replace it with the AI-generated response.
Review and edit output: The ChatGPT response will appear inline, replacing your original text. Review and edit as needed.
