Upload your audio or video file: Click the 'Create' button and upload the audio or video file you want to transcribe. Happy Scribe supports files of any size and length.
Select transcription options: Choose between automatic AI transcription or human-made transcription. Select the language of your audio.
Wait for transcription: Happy Scribe will process your file. For automatic transcription, this usually takes about half the length of your audio file.
Review and edit transcript: Once complete, you'll receive an email. Open the transcript in Happy Scribe's interactive editor to review and make any needed edits.
Generate subtitles (optional): If desired, use Happy Scribe's subtitle editor to create captions for your video.
Export your transcript: Export your finished transcript in your desired format (TXT, DOCX, PDF, SRT, VTT, etc.).
