Enable StormAI Access: Team Administrators must first enable StormAI from the Team's settings menu. Go to Dashboard settings > My Teams > Settings tab > StormAI option > Enable toggle bar > Save Changes
Create New Storm with StormAI Template: When creating a new Storm, select 'StormAI Template Generator' option. Choose template type (Brainstorm, Solve a problem, Make a Plan, Present, Name Something, or Other)
Provide Context: Enter description/context about your goal in the dialog box. Optionally check the box to automatically populate sticky notes/ideas in each template section
Review Generated Template: Review the AI-generated template with sections and ideas. Choose to either accept the template or adjust the descriptive text and try again
Use StormAI Features in Existing Storm: Access StormAI features through the StormAI button in each section (visible only if enabled). Features include: Expand on ideas, Generate group ideas, Summarize sticky notes, Group ideas by theme, Group ideas by sentiment
Modify StormAI Context: To modify the AI context: Go to Settings > Configure StormAI > Edit the text entry as needed
Configure Privacy Settings: Use account-level administrative controls to configure PII (Personal Identifiable Information) filters and determine what data gets redacted before sending to AI service partners
