Sign up for a free account: Go to app.parseur.com/signup to create a free Parseur account.

Select parser type: Choose from predefined datasets to extract data from invoices, bills of lading, leads, etc. Or create a custom set of data fields for your specific use case.

Import documents: Upload documents like emails, PDFs, spreadsheets, etc. directly in the app. Or set up automatic imports via email, API, or automation platforms like Zapier.

Extract data: Use one of Parseur's three parsing engines: AI parsing (recommended), OCR parsing for PDFs, or text parsing for emails/HTML. For AI parsing, simply list the fields you want to extract. For template-based engines, create extraction rules by selecting text or drawing boxes.

Send data to other applications: Connect Parseur to automation platforms like Zapier, Make, or Power Automate to send extracted data in real-time to thousands of business applications. Or export data manually as CSV, Excel, or JSON.

Review and refine: Check the extracted data for accuracy. Refine templates or AI extraction rules as needed to improve results.
