Sign up for an account: Visit the MOM AI landing page, fill out the registration form with your restaurant details and contact information, verify your email address, and log in to access your dashboard.
Set up the assistant in-store: Pick up a tablet, access the Dashboard, click the 'Assistant' tab -> 'Open Directly', press 'Open [your restaurant name]'s Assistant', and place the tablet at the counter.
Set up the assistant online: Access the Dashboard, click the 'Assistant' tab -> 'Get the link', copy the link to your restaurant's AI assistant, and share it with customers via social media, email, or your website. You can also add the assistant window directly to your website.
Monitor and manage orders: Access the 'Order Dashboard' to view incoming orders. The MOM AI Restaurant Assistant Telegram bot will notify you about new orders. Track order details and manage your restaurant operations.
Understand the pricing: Pay as you go based on usage. Message fee is ~0.03€ per AI message. MOM AI Order Fee is 0.10€ + 1% of order total. PayPal Order Fee is 0.35€ + 3.49% of order total. You start with 3€ credit.
Access your funds: Once you earn 100€, visit the 'Withdraw Funds' section on your dashboard and request withdrawal in your preferred method.
