Sign up: Go to mdhub.ai and sign up for an account. This takes about 30 seconds and no credit card is required for the free trial.
Download the app: Download the mdhub mobile app from the App Store or Google Play Store, or use the in-browser recorder on your computer.
Record session: When meeting with a patient, open the mdhub app and tap the record button to capture the audio of your session. Make sure to get patient consent first.
Stop recording: At the end of the session, stop the recording. The audio will be uploaded automatically within seconds.
Review generated note: Log into the mdhub web portal on your computer to review the AI-generated structured clinical note based on your recorded session.
Edit and customize: Review the note, make any needed edits, and customize the template and sections to match your preferred style.
Finalize and save: Once you're satisfied with the note, finalize and save it in the mdhub system.
