Sign up for an account: Go to daily-spiral.com and register for either a free or premium account. Premium gives access to additional features like customization and discord community.
Log your daily tasks: Input activities you've completed during the day in the task entry box. Only log tasks you've actually completed, not planned tasks.
Get AI scoring: The AI will automatically evaluate each task you log on a scale from -10 to +10 based on how productive and life-improving the activity was.
Track your daily score: Your tasks' points are summed up to give you a final productivity score for the day. Scores reset each morning to give you a fresh start.
Customize your preferences (Premium): Premium users can access the customize page to input valued activities and least valued activities, which helps the AI better evaluate your specific tasks.
Earn achievements: Maintain streaks and accumulate high daily points to earn achievements that track your progress.
Join the community (Premium): Premium users can join the Discord community to chat with other members and suggest new features.
Review and reflect: Use the system to identify if you're in an upward or downward productivity spiral and adjust your habits accordingly.
