Sign up for VibeTrack: Go to the VibeTrack website and create an account to get started.

Configure your locations: Add the locations where you're willing to meet. Enable the 'Suggest a Location' feature to allow guests to propose nearby meeting spots.

Create question forms: Design forms to collect important information from guests when they book a meeting.
Set up request forms (optional): If needed, create request forms to screen guests before they can view your availability and book.
Connect your Google Calendar: Integrate your Google Calendar with VibeTrack to sync your schedules.
Share your booking link: Distribute your VibeTrack booking link to potential guests so they can schedule meetings with you.
Use AI-powered meeting prep: Before meetings, collaborate with guests using the AI tool to add and organize conversation points.
Manage your bookings: Review and manage your scheduled meetings through the VibeTrack dashboard.
