Sign up for an account: Go to the RecCloud website and click 'LOGIN' in the top right corner. Enter your email and create a password. Click 'Get' to receive a verification code via email, then enter the code to complete registration.
Download and install the desktop app (optional): Some advanced features require the desktop app. Go to the RecCloud website and click 'Download App' to install ApowerREC, the screen recording software.
Start recording: Open the RecCloud app or website. Choose to record your screen, webcam, or both. Select audio input options. Use keyboard shortcuts or on-screen controls to start/stop recording.
Edit your recording: After recording, preview your video. Use the built-in editing tools to trim, crop, merge clips, add text/shapes/arrows, etc. as needed.
Use AI features: Utilize AI tools like automatic subtitle generation, speech-to-text conversion, and AI video chat to enhance your content.
Save and share: Choose to save your video locally or upload it to RecCloud's cloud storage. Use the sharing options to easily distribute your video on social media or with collaborators.
Manage your videos: Access your saved videos in the 'My Videos' section. Organize videos into playlists, rename files, delete unwanted content, etc.
Collaborate with others: Add team members or collaborators to your account by entering their email addresses. Share specific videos or playlists with your collaborators.
