Upload resume: Upload the candidate's resume to CueTip to get started.
Review Cue Cards: CueTip will generate information summary Cue Cards based on the resume. Review these cards to get an overview of the candidate's background.
Generate interview questions: CueTip will automatically generate AI-powered interview questions based on the resume. Review the questions and discard any you don't want to use. You can request more questions if needed.
Conduct the interview: Use the Cue Cards and generated questions to conduct the interview with the candidate.
Score answers and add notes: As the candidate answers questions, score their responses and add any relevant notes within CueTip. Mark questions as complete when satisfied with the answers.
Download Report Card: After the interview is complete, download the Report Card generated by CueTip which includes scores and notes for each question.
