Sign up for an account: Go to tome.app and create a free account by choosing your username and role. You'll start with the Basic (free) plan, with option to upgrade to Pro for $16-20/month for AI features
Create a workspace: Provide a workspace name and set up your working environment where you'll create and manage your presentations
Start a new presentation: Choose to either start from scratch, use a template from the gallery, or generate content using AI prompts. For AI generation, you'll need the Pro plan
Generate an outline: If using AI, provide a prompt about your topic and click 'Generate Outline'. The AI will create a structured outline that you can edit, reorder, or modify
Add and arrange content: Use the tile system to add and arrange content including text, images, videos, and other elements through drag-and-drop functionality
Utilize AI features (Pro): Take advantage of AI tools like text generation, image creation via DALL-E 2, tone adjustment, and content suggestions to enhance your presentation
Customize design: Apply one-click themes, adjust layouts, and customize the appearance of individual slides or the entire presentation
Add interactive elements: Embed third-party content like YouTube videos, polls, surveys, or social media feeds to make presentations more engaging
Preview and test: Check how your presentation looks across different devices as Tome automatically makes content responsive for all screen sizes
Share and collaborate: Share your presentation via a link, collaborate with team members in real-time, and track engagement through analytics if available
