Install Plus AI Add-in: In your PowerPoint app, go to the Home tab, click on Add-ins. Search for 'Plus AI' and click Add. Alternatively, install directly from Microsoft AppSource Store.
Open Plus AI in PowerPoint: After installation, you'll be prompted to open the add-in in your Plus app. Click Allow and Continue to finish installation.
Choose Content Generation Method: You can either start from a prompt (describe your presentation in a few sentences), upload a file (PDF, Word doc, text file) to convert, or use existing templates.
Generate Presentation: If using a prompt, describe your presentation and Plus AI will generate slides in minutes. If uploading a file, Plus AI will intelligently transform it into PowerPoint slides.
Refine and Edit: Use Plus AI's editing tools to refine slides, rewrite content, reformat layouts, and enhance the overall presentation quality. You can also use the 'Remix' feature to convert slides into new formats.
Apply Templates/Branding: Choose from available templates or use custom branded templates (Enterprise feature) to ensure consistent look and feel across presentations.
Collaborate and Share: Edit your slides with your team directly in PowerPoint. You can share themes and custom instructions with team members to maintain consistency.
Export: Export your presentation to whatever format you need - PowerPoint (.pptx), PDF, or other supported formats.
