System Requirements: Ensure you have a computer with internet connection. (Photo selection and layout confirmation can also be done on tablets)
Upload Photos: Upload graduation photos to the AlbumScrum cloud system
Auto Photo Selection: Use the 'Auto Select' feature which automatically selects candidate photos considering appearance frequency and scene balance with one click. You can also use 'Recommended Viewing' which picks photos based on expressions and scenes
Manual Photo Selection: For manual selection, AI counts student appearances in real-time. You can see where students appear in photos and which teachers selected which photos. Recommended approach is to first select must-use photos then use auto-select for remaining photos
Upload Draft Data: Upload draft data to AlbumScrum to instantly check appearance counts without manual counting. Teachers can verify student appearance counts per draft on the cloud
Proofreading: Make proofreading instructions online for uploaded draft data, such as photo replacement instructions and photo resize instructions that were previously done by hand
Print Appearance Counts: Use the appearance count print function to print in an easy-to-read format, which can be handed to teachers along with proofreading papers
Layout Work: Continue using your existing layout software/web tools as AlbumScrum is designed to work alongside current layout workflows without requiring changes
