Once an episode is selected, PodQuest employs Whisper JAX for audio transcription, converting spoken content into searchable text. The platform then utilizes LangChain with GPT-3.5 and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) for adaptive querying, allowing users to ask questions about the podcast content. OpenAI Embeddings are used to enhance the interaction with podcast material, enabling more accurate and context-aware responses. The system stores these embeddings in Pinecone for efficient retrieval.
