The platform employs its in-house AI development tool, Socrates (developed by Wynd Labs), to extract unstructured data and convert it into readable formats for AI training purposes. The system operates by scraping and processing raw data from the public web provided by node operators, which is then cleaned and converted into structured datasets. Users earn Grass points for their contribution, which will be convertible to GRASS tokens - the native cryptocurrency of the Grass network. The network ensures security through various mechanisms, including verification of institutions and adherence to leading antivirus providers' safety standards.
