Sign up for a DoubleCloud account: Go to the DoubleCloud website and sign up for an account. You'll receive $300 in free credits to start.
Choose a service: Select one of DoubleCloud's managed open-source services like ClickHouse, Kafka, or Airflow, or use the full platform capabilities.
Create a cluster: In the DoubleCloud console, select 'Clusters' from the services list and click 'Create cluster'. Choose your desired service (e.g. ClickHouse).
Configure your cluster: Select a cloud provider (AWS or Google Cloud) and region. Choose the resources needed for your use case.
Set up networking: Specify the VPC for your cluster and add any necessary IP addresses to the allow list.
Configure maintenance settings: Choose between arbitrary scheduling or setting a specific maintenance window.
Deploy your cluster: Review your settings and deploy the cluster. Wait for the status to change to 'Alive'.
Connect to your cluster: Use the provided credentials to connect to your cluster via the web-based SQL IDE or command line interface.
Transfer data: Use DoubleCloud Transfer or other methods to move your data into the cluster.
Set up data pipelines: If needed, use Apache Airflow to orchestrate and monitor your data workflows.
Visualize your data: Use DoubleCloud Visualization to create charts and dashboards for real-time data analysis.
Monitor and optimize: Utilize DoubleCloud's monitoring tools and logs to ensure optimal performance and make adjustments as needed.
