GVA NDA Check automatically checks the contract contents by AI simply by the user uploading an NDA. The check results are displayed visually and in an easy-to-understand manner, such as risk assessment for each clause (disadvantageous, neutral, advantageous), revision recommendations, and presentation of the intention of clause revisions. The AI has learned based on the knowledge of lawyers, points out important clauses and missing items that are prone to cause trouble, and proposes optimal revision examples. It also automatically detects and supports correction of variations in contract wording and discrepancies in clause numbers.
