STAR Method Coach Introduction

STAR Method Coach works by first generating relevant interview questions based on the user's target job title, company, or skills. Users can also upload their resume or job description for more customized questions. The platform offers two main modes: Coach Mode and Interview Mode. In Coach Mode, users record their responses to questions, and the AI interviewer provides feedback and guidance on improving their answers using the STAR method. In Interview Mode, users engage in a simulated interview experience with follow-up questions based on their responses. After each session, users receive detailed performance reports with scores and improvement recommendations. The platform also gamifies the experience by awarding badges for completed interviews and improved scores.
